There are so many great things I want to share about Leo & Alla’s amazing wedding in PA, I almost don’t know where to start! I guess I should start by warning you, below you will find my biggest wedding post to date- 115 photos! So grab a drink and prepare yourself 😉

The wedding was held in the outskirts of Lancaster, PA on a beautiful sunny Saturday afternoon. The venue location is owned by the Amish community (some of them even decided to join in on the grassy hill and listen to the ceremony). Throughout the weekend I was there, I couldn’t help but smile driving by the tiny school houses, children in Amish style clothing on bicycles with glass milk jars in the back, ladies with white bonnets atop their heads, and of course the buggies on the streets… all of it right in the middle of the countryside corn fields. That was the first time in my life i’ve ever seen that lifestyle up close and personal, it was quite fascinating… looked like something out of an old book 🙂

Leo, Alla and thier closest friends were just so chill and outgoing, it was pretty impossible not to have fun and get awesome photos. The bride and groom got the cutest little powder-blue colored vintage car to drive off  after they were pronounced husband and wife, and of course we had a ball taking tons of photos with it afterwards 😉 The ceremony was one of the most touching I’ve ever witnessed, complete with tears making their way down Alla’s cheeks during vows, I was frantically wiping my OWN tears while shooting at the same time.. I’m tellin’ ya, it was THAT good! A super relaxed, fun reception, some beautiful shots in the old theater and it was over, they were married.. off to spend forever loving each other. Thanks so much for flying me out to PA guys, it was definitely a wedding to remember!

note: I edited this wedding a little differently then I normally do, adding a more vintage flair to the photos. What do you think? 🙂
